Green Force is a trusted local grocery brand based in Rajkot, Gujarat, operating through its website and mobile application, providing daily essentials, groceries, dry fruits, flours, fasting items, and more directly to customers. Green Force India is a registered business with its head office located at:
Godown No. GA-38, New Marketing Yard, Bedi, Morbi Road, Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
By accessing and using our website or mobile platform, you agree to the terms and conditions laid out herein, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any of the terms, kindly refrain from using our services.
1. Definitions
"User" / "Customer" / "You" – Refers to any person placing an order or using the Green Force website/app.
"We" / "Us" / "Our" / "Green Force" – Refers to Green Force India and its representatives.
"Platform" – Our online website.
"Agreement" – These Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all policies referenced herein.
2. Eligibility to Use
Our services are available only to individuals aged 18 and above. Minors may use the platform only under parental/guardian supervision. By using our services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.
3. Customer Information & Registration
Users must provide accurate, updated, and complete registration information (name, mobile number, delivery address, etc.). You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Green Force is not liable for any incorrect or outdated data provided.
We may refuse registration or disable accounts for misuse, fraudulent activity, or violations of these terms.
4. Delivery Policy
Delivery Area: Rajkot, Gujarat only
Delivery Time: Orders placed before 1 PM are delivered same-day, others the next day
Shipping Charges:
Free delivery for orders above ₹199
₹30 shipping fee for orders below ₹199
Delivery is managed via Shiprocket, and you’ll receive tracking details by SMS/WhatsApp.
5. Pricing Policy
Products will never be priced above MRP. Perishable products (fruits, vegetables, snacks, etc.) are sold at daily fluctuating prices based on local markets. Prices at the time of checkout will be honored.
6. Return, Refund & Cancellation
Eligible Returns: Within 48 hours for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Non-Returnable Items: Perishables like fryums, dairy, fresh snacks unless defective.
How to Report: WhatsApp or call us at +91 99099 93582 with photos and order details.
Refund Mode: Prepaid refunds are processed via Razorpay within 7 days; COD refunds via UPI or Bank.
Order Cancellation:
Orders can be modified or canceled before dispatch. Once marked "Out for Delivery," it cannot be canceled.
7. Restricted Use of Website
You agree not to:
Upload harmful or illegal content
Use the platform for fraudulent activity
Copy or reproduce site content without written consent
Interfere with site functionality via scripts, viruses, or hacking
Violations may result in account termination or legal action.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, images, and logos on the Green Force platform are the property of Green Force India and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No user shall copy, use, or modify this content for personal or commercial use without prior permission.
9. Payment Terms
We accept payments via:
Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pay on doorstep
Online Payments – Processed securely through Razorpay
Green Force does not store or access your credit/debit card details. All online transactions are encrypted and protected.
10. Limitation of Liability
Green Force shall not be held liable for:
Delays due to natural calamities, strikes, or courier issues
Minor packaging or color differences
Customer’s failure to provide accurate delivery details
11. User Reviews & Feedback
All reviews, feedback, or suggestions shared by users become the property of Green Force and may be used for marketing or service improvement. By submitting, you grant us rights to use your content without compensation.
12. Termination
You may stop using our services anytime. Green Force reserves the right to terminate user access without notice in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of terms.
13. Dispute Resolution & Legal Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising shall be settled under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with an arbitrator appointed by Green Force. Legal jurisdiction shall lie with the Rajkot courts, Gujarat.
