Return, Refund & Replacement Policy – Green Force

We take pride in delivering fresh, quality groceries to your doorstep. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, spoil we’re here to help.

Return Window:
You can request a return or replacement within 2 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged packaging or spoiled goods

  • Missing or defective items

 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable items (like fryums, flours, snacks) unless damaged

  • Items opened or used after delivery

 Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refunds go to the original payment method (UPI/Card)

  • COD orders will be refunded via UPI or Bank
